About Me

I have been lifting for about a year. To some people, that doesn't seem like much, but for a 17 year old, it's alot. I wake up every morning at 4:45 to go lift. When I say every day, I mean it.

When I first started lifting, I could only do low weight. I was very week. Now, I am very strong--all my maxes have gone up by 100 pounds or more.

My body has changed so much. I'm ripped. I have an 8 pack, biceps, and triceps. All of it. My chest is big, too.

I eat very healthy unless I'm trying to gain weight. Then I eat whatever I want.
